RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return
Email support@cassinihud.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us within 30 days with a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You won't pay return shipping.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover it.

Cancellations
Email us within 12 hours of ordering to cancel.
